What is Delta Vee?

Delta-v is a measure of the change in velocity (speed and direction) a spacecraft can produce using its engine and fuel, acting as a "budget" or range indicator for orbital maneuvers. It represents the total, cumulative acceleration available to alter an orbit, such as launching, landing, or transferring between orbits
